Responsibilities:

●      Execute chemical manufacturing processes according to established protocols ensuring the quality and consistency

●      Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.

●      Scale up laboratory processes to meet production demands.

●      Perform in-process quality checks to ensure the consistency and quality of chemical products.

●      Collaborate with the quality control team to conduct analysis and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

●      Maintain accurate and detailed records of production processes, including batch records, equipment logs, and other relevant documentation.

●      Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in audits as needed.

●      Adhering to safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials and ensuring the safe operation of equipment.

●      Train and mentor junior staff members on production processes, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.

Requirements & Skills:

●      B.Sc Chemistry

●      Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

●      Familiarity with regulatory requirements for chemical production.

●      Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

●      Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

●      Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
