Job Description

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Perform molecular diagnostic tests such as PCR, RT-PCR, and related techniques
Handle sample collection, processing, and storage as per protocols
Maintain and operate lab equipment efficiently
Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards
Record and maintain accurate test results and documentation
Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for report delivery

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or MLT
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant training can apply)
Strong knowledge of molecular lab techniques preferred

💼 Skills Required:

Knowledge of PCR techniques and lab protocols
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
