We have an urgent job opening for a Desktop Support Engineer at a leading MNC company.
Location - Thane
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
SKILL SETS REQUIRED:
Basis knowledge on network and servers
Knowledge of Active Directory and group policy objects
Experience administrating Office 365
Experience administrating AWS Workspaces
Network installation (Configure router or switch, if engineer have experience router and switch is added advantage)
Server installation knowledge will be an advantage as well and anyone have experience in AD will be great since there is migration involved
Must have the ability to work independently.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
First level hardware support for end user
Desktop Hardware troubleshooting, Handling virus issues and updating Antivirus software issues for Desktops / Laptops.
Desktop imaging of Windows/Mac devices.
Installation / configuration of e-mail clients, MS Outlook configuration, outlook backup, restore & troubleshooting, Handling Remote desktop and team viewers, Installation of Printer Drivers and Troubleshooting folders, Sharing devices & printers.
Strong in hardware assembling & Troubleshooting, ticketing management systems to ensure SLA is
met on time.
Troubleshooting basic Network related problems. TCP/IP configuration, Internet Maintenance, cabling,
patching and LAN troubleshooting.
Ticketing tool experience, SLA handling and closure.
