Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Okhla, Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, support, and solutions to end-users within our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, software, and applications.

• Handle network troubleshooting including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration.

• Manage user accounts, email setup, and system permissions.

• Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance.

• Resolve issues related to antivirus, security protocols, and system performance.

• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

• Coordinate with senior IT staff for escalated issues.

• Ensure minimal downtime and provide timely resolution to all IT-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in desktop/infrastructure support (freshers with strong basics can apply).

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook, and remote support tools (preferred).

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations.
