Housekeeping Supervisor

• Visit assigned sites daily and verify manpower availability.

• Collect attendance and submit reports on time.

• Ensure staff follow uniform, discipline, and client instructions.

• Coordinate replacement for absentee staff immediately.

• Solve site-level issues and escalate critical matters to the Operations Manager.

• Conduct regular site audits (cleaning standards / security protocols as applicable).

• Maintain good relationship with clients and address their concerns.

• Assist in recruitment, joining formalities, and training at site.

• Verify wage sheets, OT sheets, and attendance before submission.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports.
