Housekeeping Supervisor

• Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of employees, providing direction, motivation, and support to ensure individual and team success.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.

• Training & Development: Onboard new employees, conduct training sessions, and promote continuous learning to enhance team capabilities.

• Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.

• Compliance & Safety: Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards to create a safe working environment.

• Quality Control: Ensure the team meets quality standards and operational goals by performing regular inspections and evaluations.

• Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues, conflicts, or performance problems that arise within the team.

• Reporting: Generate reports on team performance, productivity, and operational outcomes for upper management.

• Communication: Facilitate effective communication between management and staff to ensure alignment with company goals and resolve any concerns.

• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate

• 1 - 3 year experience.
