Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage the complete housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling business dealings, customer correspondence, team management, and general administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise housekeeping staff and daily operations
Handle business dealings, client coordination, and service agreements
Maintain effective communication with customers and address their requirements
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality
Prepare duty schedules, monitor performance, and train staff
Handle general office and operational work related to housekeeping services
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Good communication and customer-handling abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
