Job Description:
We are a growing startup in the housekeeping services industry and are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our complete business operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end housekeeping operations, business development, marketing, client handling, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Team Management:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all sites
Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff and supervisors
Ensure service quality, hygiene standards, and compliance
Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and monitor productivity
Business Development & Marketing:
Develop new business opportunities and handle client acquisition
Manage pricing, negotiations, contracts, and service agreements
Plan and execute marketing strategies to grow the business
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure renewals
Client & Vendor Coordination:
Handle customer communication, feedback, and issue resolution
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and equipment
Administration & Reporting:
Manage administrative work, documentation, and reporting
Monitor operational costs and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in housekeeping, facility management, or service industry leadership
Strong knowledge of operations, business development, and team handling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Ability to work independently and scale operations in a startup environment
Good administrative and basic financial understanding
Experience:
5+ years in housekeeping / facility management or related service industry (preferred)
