JOB DESCRIPTION

Vasundhra Raj Luxury Jewellery is looking for reliable and responsible Office Boy & Office Girl  to support day-to-day office operations.

JOB TITLE: OFFICE BOY & GIRL

LOCATION: This is a full-time, on-site role for Dehradun (Uttarakhand).

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Office Boy/Girl will be responsible for supporting daily office activities by handling routine office work such as maintaining cleanliness, providing pantry support, serving refreshments, and assisting staff with basic tasks. The role helps ensure that the office runs smoothly and remains organized throughout the day. The candidate is expected to follow office rules, maintain discipline, and carry out duties responsibly as assigned by the management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

• Office Maintenance & Hygiene

o   Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene of the office premises including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas

o   Maintain basic safety and cleanliness standards throughout the working day.

• Pantry & Support Services

o   Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors

o   Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of pantry areas, utensils, and appliances.

• Office Support & Assistance

o   Assist staff with routine office work and day-to-day support tasks

o   Handle movement of files, documents, and materials within the office

o   Help in setting up meeting rooms with required arrangements such as water and seating.

• Supplies & Equipment Handling

o   Monitor availability of office consumables, stationery, and housekeeping items.

o   Handle office supplies and equipment carefully and report any damage or shortages.

• Discipline & Conduct

o   Follow office rules, discipline, and instructions given by management.

o   Maintain confidentiality, professional behaviour, and a neat appearance.

o   Perform any other duties assigned to ensure smooth office functioning.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSETS REQUIRED:

• Minimum basic education (ability to read and write required)

• Prior experience in office support / housekeeping / helper roles preferred

• Basic understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and office discipline

• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks responsibly

• Physically fit to handle routine office work

• Polite communication and basic workplace etiquette.
