We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries related to our elder care services, and assisting in lead generation and follow-up. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, patient families, and leads generated through campaigns.
Answer incoming calls from individuals interested in the services offered by the institution.
Provide accurate information regarding services such as assisted living, dementia care, post-surgery care, physiotherapy, and long-term stays.
Maintain a courteous and empathetic tone while addressing concerns, explaining procedures, or scheduling facility visits.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails as per follow-up schedules.
Update CRM or lead tracking sheets with each interaction.
Assist in feedback collection from families and support the admissions process by coordinating with the admission team.
Handle queries from NRIs regarding care for their parents with sensitivity and clarity.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all client interactions.
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or healthcare support is preferred.
Fluency in Hindi and basic English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle emotional conversations with compassion and patience.
Proficiency in using smartphones, basic Excel, and WhatsApp.
Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
(Sundays Off or as per company policy)
₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (depending on experience) + Incentives (performance-based)
