• Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide NEET aspirants and their parents about counselling at NEETSupport
• Convert leads into enrolments through clear communication and consultative sales
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable NEETSupport programs • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Maintain detailed lead records and update CRM systems regularly
• Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets
• Coordinate with counsellors and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about the NEET exam process
• Ability to understand student concerns and explain NEETSupport offerings effectively
• Prior experience in sales, EdTech, or academic counselling preferred
• Target-driven approach with consistent follow-up discipline
• Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools
Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline (Education, Business, or Marketing preferred)
• 1 years plus of experience in sales, business development, or academic counselling
