Job Description: Telecaller / Sales Executive — Work From Home

We are hiring a Telecaller / Sales Executive for lead generation and client calling work.

The candidate will call businesses from our provided database, explain our services, generate interested leads, and share daily reports.

Role Details

Job Type: Part-time / Work From Home

Working Hours: 4–5 hours per day

Calls Target: 50–100 calls per day

Salary: Commission-based

Commission: 5% on every successful project closed from the generated lead

Responsibilities

Call potential clients from the provided database

Explain company services clearly and professionally

Generate interested leads for website development, digital marketing, and related services

Follow up with interested clients

Maintain daily calling and lead reports

Share hot leads with the team for closing

Communicate politely and confidently with business owners

Requirements

Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply

Good English speaking skills are required

Good Hindi communication is preferred

Must have own laptop/mobile and stable internet connection

Must be comfortable making 50–100 calls per day

Sales or telecalling experience is preferred

Should be disciplined, confident, and target-oriented

Must be available 4–5 hours daily

Earnings

This is a commission-based role.

The candidate will receive 5% commission on every successful project closed from the lead generated by them.

Example:

If the project value is ₹15,000, the candidate will earn ₹750 commission.
