Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers or receive inbound calls.
Explain company products, services, or offers in Hindi.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with customers for sales, feedback, or support.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Resolve basic customer issues professionally.
Achieve daily or monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Basic understanding of English is a plus.
Polite and convincing speaking ability.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customers patiently.
Teamwork and time management skills
