Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telecaller for the Business Loan department. The candidate will contact potential customers, explain business loan products, generate leads, and assist customers throughout the loan application process. Strong communication and convincing skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for business loan sales.

• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, EMI, and repayment terms.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

• Handle customer queries and provide proper guidance.

• Collect required customer documents and coordinate with processing teams.

• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/database.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines during calls.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.

• Ability to handle rejection and pressure professionally.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
