Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers and explain company products or services clearly.

• Follow up with interested leads on a regular basis.

• Build a positive relationship with clients over calls.

• Convert leads into successful closings.

• Maintain proper records of calls, responses, and closures.

• Coordinate with the team regarding daily updates and work progress.

Eligibility

• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.

• Confidence in talking to clients over phone calls.

• Basic knowledge of customer handling and persuasion.

• Must have a mobile phone/laptop and stable internet connection.

• Prior telecalling or sales experience will be preferred, but freshers with confidence can also apply.

Work Mode

• Remote / Work from Home

• Available in both Part-Time and Full-Time options

• Flexible working hours based on performance and target completion

Salary & Incentives

• Per Closing Payment: Rs. 300 per successful closure

• If the candidate achieves more than 20 closures in a month, a bonus cycle will be started

• Higher performance will lead to better earning opportunities
