The ideal candidate will be responsible for Generate new business leads and convert them into clients — through calls, meetings, and follow-ups to increase company revenue., ensuring high-quality performance and contributing to overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Handle property inquiries and generate leads through calls, portals & site visits
Manage client meetings, explain project details, and close deals
Coordinate with sales team and site team for smooth client handling
Maintain client database, follow-ups, and sales reports
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Identify new leads, investors, and business opportunities in the market
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 0 Month to 2 year
Good communication Skill
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Skills
Industry-specific knowledge of property sales, site visits, and local real estate market trends
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 25 to 45k per month
Performance bonuses as pr project
Ofiice Timing – 9:30 to 6:30
