Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and convert new B2B leads into customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the technical and service team for customer support.

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events for lead generation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales / industrial machinery sales (preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Ability to travel for client meetings when required.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office,).

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
