🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market

Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties

Maintain a database of available properties and prospective clients

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good negotiation and sales abilities

Knowledge of local property market trends

Basic understanding of legal and financial aspects of real estate

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

💼 Experience

Freshers can apply (for entry-level roles)

BDM -20-30k

Base salary + incentives/commission (varies widely based on performance)
