Identify and approach potential clients for HR outsourcing and staffing solutions.
Explain the company’s services clearly to decision-makers over call or in person.
Fix appointments through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.
Visit clients for meetings and presentations.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal HR delivery teams.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Maintain records of client interactions and leads in CRM or Excel.
Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA, B.Com, MBA).
Good communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, or regional language).
Confident in making cold calls and conducting face-to-face meetings.
Basic understanding of HR services like payroll, recruitment, or staffing.
Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and presentable.
