Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote products or services, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain products or services to customers and answer their queries.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Maintain customer details and call records in the CRM system.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Provide feedback to the team leader/manager on market trends and customer responses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 1–6 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service .

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Persuasive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Retail industry.

• Multilingual communication ability.

• Prior experience in handling customer databases or lead management systems.
