🎯 About the Role

We are looking for energetic and driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) for a pure field sales role. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding vendors dealing in used two-wheelers.

This role requires individuals who are proactive, street-smart, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach vendors dealing in used two-wheelers
• Onboard vendors and build strong business relationships
• Manage end-to-end vendor acquisition in assigned territory
• Travel across the city to meet potential partners
• Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Male candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales
• Background from companies like Udaan, Paytm, Pine Labs preferred
• Should have good communication skills in Hindi
• Aggressive, target-driven, and hustler mindset
• Stable work history (at least 1 year in previous role preferred)
• Comfortable with extensive field work

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Nature of Job: 100% Field Role (travel across assigned city required)
