Branch Head / Credit Head
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Branch Head / Credit Head to oversee branch operations and manage credit-related functions. The ideal candidate should be a retired banking professional with strong expertise in lending, risk assessment, and branch management. This role requires leadership, decision-making skills, and a deep understanding of banking procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.
Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 20+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
