Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to mutual fund distributors and registered intermediaries to promote mutual fund products and initiatives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure consistent engagement and loyalty. Educate and update distributors about new product offerings, schemes, NAV trends, and sales campaigns. Identify opportunities to increase Mutual fund sales through distributor channels. Track and follow up on distributor queries, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer experience. Maintain accurate and updated records of all communications in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends and mutual fund regulations to provide accurate information to partners.
Requirements Education: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate Experience: Min 1 year of Call center experience preferably in Mutual Fund Industry or any Banking or financial products Certification: NISM Certification (added advantage) Languages: Excellent English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam (English with any two regional languages preferred) Skills: o Excellent Communication Skills o Strong interpersonal & listening skills o Customer-first approach with patience & professionalism o Willingness to learn & grow
