Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice support for e-commerce services
Provide quick and effective solutions related to orders, deliveries, and product inquiries
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company processes and ensure accurate call documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates only
Minimum 1 year experience in BPO Voice Process (mandatory)
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
Ability to handle customers professionally
Salary & Benefits
Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC per month
Experienced (1+ year): ₹26,500 CTC per month
Joining Bonus: ₹4,000 (after 60 days)
