We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sr. Telesales Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and promoting our digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Web Design, etc.). Strong communication skills and a results-driven approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or generated leads.
Explain our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.).
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and warm calling.
Maintain a record of calls and follow up with potential clients.
Sales & Conversion:
Persuade prospects to schedule consultations/demos with the sales team.
Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build rapport with clients and address queries professionally.
Maintain a positive brand image through courteous communication.
Data Management:
Update CRM/database with client interactions and lead status.
Provide feedback on customer responses to improve marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (training will be provided).
Persuasive and confident with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
Prior experience in tele-sales, BPO, or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
