We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to lead our digital marketing services sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and quotas.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our digital marketing services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Proactively address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from existing clients.
Team Management:
Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to develop sales team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
