We work closely with travel agents, corporates and individual travellers, offering complete travel solutions including accommodation, transport, itinerary planning and ground support.

From Singapore , Malaysia , Dubai to Bali, we provide end-to-end travel solutions for travel agents, corporates and individual travellers.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle Groups & MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) operations end-to-end.

✅ Respond to travel inquiries and understand agent and client requirements.

✅ Prepare and share customized quotations & tour packages for groups and corporate events.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates & event partners.

✅ Promote and upsell travel products such as sightseeing, transfers, activities & special experiences.

✅ Coordinate with hotels, DMC partners, transport providers & activity vendors for seamless service delivery.

✅ Coordinate with hotels, transport providers & activity vendors for availability and booking confirmations.

✅ Manage changes, cancellations & special service requests efficiently.

✅ Monitor each booking’s progress from quotation to completion.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in travel (B2B) - Groups & MICE experience preferred.

• Strong communication & coordination skills.

• Hands-on experience in preparing quotations & itineraries for group travel.

• Proficiency in MS Office & travel CRMs.

• Excellent negotiation, follow-up & client handling skills.

🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Travel & Tourism, or related fields.
