We are looking for a Academic Counsellor to join our team at Maantech Education Service Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and counsel students/prospects regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.
• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, eligibility, and admission process.
• Assist students in application processing, documentation, and enrollment formalities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling is an added advantage.
