We are hiring Sales Counsellor (EdTech) who can guide students in selecting the right courses and convert inquiries into enrollments. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential students
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
Explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Handle objections and close sales
Maintain records of leads and follow-ups
Requirements:
Graduate (mandatory)
6 months to 3+ years' experience in sales (EdTech preferred)
Good communication skills in English
Confident, target-oriented, and result-driven
Job Details:
Location: Noida
Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM
Working Days: 6 days/week
Salary : 3 to 4lpa
