Key Responsibilities:

• Engage walk-in customers and explain smartphone features and offers

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Guide customers on exchange options, finance/EMI schemes, and accessories

• Ensure proper display of products and brand materials

• Collect customer feedback and encourage Google reviews

• Handle basic billing and maintain cleanliness of the counter

• Upsell accessories and warranty packs (AppleCare+, insurance, etc.)

• Maintain inventory updates with store in-charge

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in smartphone sales

• Strong knowledge of latest smartphones and brand-specific features

• Fluent in Nepali, English, Hindi, and Bengali

• Energetic, presentable, and good at customer handling

• Willingness to work on weekends and festivals (weekly offs on weekdays)

• Basic knowledge of billing software and finance processes is a plus
