Business Development Executive – HealthBuddy (Franchise Acquisition)

Role Objective:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding new pharmacy retailers as HealthBuddy franchise partners in the assigned territory to expand the company’s retail network.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify potential pharmacy retailers for HealthBuddy franchise onboarding
Conduct field visits and business presentations to prospects
Explain business model, margin structure, and digital platform benefits
Close franchise agreements and complete onboarding formalities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth store activation
Achieve monthly franchise acquisition targets
Maintain strong pipeline and territory mapping
Track competitor activity in pharma retail segment
Submit daily field reports and acquisition updates
Candidate Requirement
Experience:
2–4 years in Pharma Retail Sales (1st Preference)
FMCG Channel Sales / Distributor Handling (2nd Preference)
Must have experience in:
Franchise acquisition
Channel development
Distributor / retailer onboarding
Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Required Skills :
Strong negotiation & closing ability
Retailer convincing & objection handling
Territory planning & market mapping
Target-driven mindset
Willing to travel extensively (field job)
