About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Resident Sales Engineer with a background in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by visiting industrial clients, factories, and plants to promote and sell our technical products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned industrial territories.
Visit factories, plants, and process sites to demonstrate products and build client relationships.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations.
Coordinate with internal teams (service, logistics, and support) to ensure timely project execution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback and market insights to management for business development.
Requirements:
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in industrial / technical / field sales.
Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, factories, and plants.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
