About the Role

Conversion Matrix 360 is looking for a dynamic and motivated International Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building long-term customer relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various online and offline channels.

• Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers across international markets.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless sales process and excellent customer experience.

• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations highlighting key product benefits.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with leads.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0–1 year in Lead Generation, Sales, or Customer Service (Freshers are welcome)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• A customer-centric approach with good convincing and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, and Sales Pitches will be an advantage
