We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, conducting meetings, and converting prospects into customers. This role involves regular fieldwork and travel to meet potential clients and build long-term relationships that drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, online research, referrals, and networking
Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospects and set up appointments for in-person or virtual meetings
Meetings & Presentations: Conduct client meetings to pitch products/services and tailor solutions to their needs
Sales Conversion: Close deals by effectively communicating value propositions and negotiating contracts
CRM & Reporting: Maintain and update client data, track progress, and report sales activities in CRM tools
Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face meetings
