📍 Location: Noida (WFH for first 3 months | Post that – Relocation to Noida Sector 8)
🕘 Shift: US Shift
⏳ Experience: 1.5 – 2+ Years
⏱ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days


🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in international (US/UK) client acquisition for SEO, Website Development, and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to lead generation, client handling, and deal closures in global markets.


🧩 Key Responsibilities
Source, engage, and close US-based/international clients for SEO & Digital Marketing services
Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, cold emails/calls, and CRM tools
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
Coordinate with internal delivery teams for smooth project handover


✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in Business Development (Digital Marketing / SEO / Web Solutions)
Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, website development, PPC campaigns, and online branding
Proven experience handling US/UK clients
Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
