About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth. The position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive business growth.
Present and promote company projects, products, and services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, encouraging repeat and referral business.
Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals aligned with client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technical, Operations) to ensure smooth client servicing.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate/infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
