We are looking for a smart, driven, and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our in-house sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of property sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in closing deals. This role requires someone who can handle end-to-end sales—from lead generation to deal closure—while delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries for residential/commercial properties
Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
Handle negotiations and ensure timely deal closures
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing) for smooth transactions
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably in-house)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable personality
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
Experience with reputed developers or real estate firms
Ability to handle high-value clients
Strong network in the real estate industry
Fluent in English, Hindi (regional language is a bonus)
