We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fresher Web & Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, with a focus on web and user interface (UI) elements.

• Design graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials (banners, emailers, brochures), and branding (logos).

• Assist in creating responsive website layouts, wireframes, and mockups to ensure a positive user experience (UX/UI).

• Work with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) to execute projects.

• Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual strategy.

• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to deliver cohesive final products.

• Stay updated on current design trends and best practices.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• A strong, demonstrable portfolio showcasing graphic and web design projects.

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.

• Strong foundation in design principles (color theory, typography, composition).
