Job Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing social media presence to grow brand awareness, engagement, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
  
  

• Create content calendars (posts, reels, stories, shorts)
  
  

• Write captions, hashtags & CTAs aligned with brand voice
  
  

• Design or coordinate creatives (Canva/Design team)
  
  

• Manage daily posting, comments, DMs & community engagement
  
  

• Run & optimize paid social campaigns (Meta/LinkedIn – basic to advanced)
  
  

• Track analytics, prepare monthly performance reports
  
  

• Stay updated with trends, reels, audios & platform updates
  
  

• Coordinate with marketing, sales & content teams
  
  

Skills Required:

• Content creation & storytelling
  
  

• Canva / basic design knowledge
  
  

• Copywriting & hashtag research
  
  

• Analytics & insights (Meta/Instagram/LinkedIn)
  
  

• Paid ads basics (preferred)

Experience:

• Fresher to 2+ years (role-dependent)
