We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. This is a great opportunity for candidates with excellent communication skills to work in a fast-paced and dynamic customer service environment.
International Voice Process
Freshers to 4 years of experience
Age: Below 30 years
Excellent English communication is a must
Night shifts / Rotational shifts
Work from Office
5 days working | 2 rotational week offs
Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction and high service quality
Update call logs and maintain CRM records
Escalate issues to the relevant department if required
Qualification: Any graduate or undergraduate
Strong command of the English language (verbal and written)
Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts
Good problem-solving and listening skills
Experience in customer support (voice process) is an advantage
