Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, fast at typing, and capable of handling large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, or internal systems.

• Review and verify data for completeness and consistency.

• Perform data cleanup and ensure information is up to date.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

• Generate reports and extract data as required by various departments.

• Assist in data audits and quality control checks.

• Organize files and records systematically for easy retrieval.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role (freshers with strong typing and computer skills can also apply).

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with data entry software/tools is a plus.

• Strong typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM) with a high level of accuracy.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
