Position: Office Executive / Customer Support Executive
Location: Industrial Area- Chandigarh
Gender Preference: Female
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years (preferred, but freshers can be considered)
Required Skills:
Basic yet decent communication skills (spoken & written)
Good telephone manners – able to handle customer calls professionally
Working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, updating records, simple formulas)
Organized, punctual, and willing to learn
Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction
Attend incoming calls from new and existing customers
Handle sales and service inquiries professionally
Respond to IndiaMART leads/enquiries and share product information
2. Database Management
Maintain and update customer database regularly
Record key details such as:
Date of last purchase
Date and name of the person who last contacted the customer
Customer’s current product usage status
3. Follow-up & Coordination
Identify and record current customer needs
Schedule follow-ups for customers who may have future requirements
Coordinate with the sales and service team for updates and customer actions
Work Traits:
Should be presentable and polite while talking to customers
Must be detail-oriented in maintaining customer data
Should have a positive attitude and ability to multitask
