About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Tally Operator to join our team at Kashmiri Gate, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in accounting, invoicing, and day-to-day financial operations. Knowledge of the automotive spare parts/components industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations in Tally Prime.

• Manage purchase and sales invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.

• Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and other ledger reconciliations.

• Ensure timely GST/TDS entries and compliance.

• Prepare and maintain stock, sales, and purchase registers.

• Coordinate with suppliers and customers for payment follow-ups.

• Support management in financial data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tally Operator / Accounts Executive (minimum 2 years preferred).

• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Experience in purchases, sales invoicing, and ledger management.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of auto parts/components will be an added advantage.
