Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday Off)

Location: Kashmere Gate, Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly Counter Billing Executive to manage billing operations, interact with customers, take orders, and provide timely updates. The ideal candidate will have prior billing experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle counter billing operations accurately and efficiently

• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide required updates

• Maintain proper records of daily transactions

• Ensure smooth and timely billing during peak hours

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing

• Address customer queries professionally and courteously

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of computers

• Good English communication skills

• Strong customer interaction abilities

• Billing experience preferred

• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in a similar role
