Job Description

The L4 Mobile Repairing Engineer is responsible for advanced smartphone and tablet repairs, including board-level troubleshooting, micro-soldering, and resolving complex hardware/software faults. This role supports lower-level technicians and ensures high-quality repair standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Level 4 repairs: motherboard faults, IC replacement, micro-soldering, BGA rework.

• Diagnose complex hardware/software issues and restore dead or water-damaged devices.

• Conduct quality checks and support L1–L3 technicians.

• Maintain repair logs and follow OEM/ESD standards.

• Operate and maintain advanced repair tools.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electronics or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in advanced mobile repairing.

• Strong skills in micro-soldering, chip-level repair, and schematic reading.

• Experience with Android/iOS devices and diagnostic tools.

Prefer:

Exp in Reballing , how to Reball , Know about IC’s , Exp in BGA Reballing ,

Knowledge about Multimeter , DC Power , Reball Precautions ,

Reball Temperature, CPU , GLU Cut .
