Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience while handling administrative and communication tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company.
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role (freshers can also apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service orientation.
