🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Maintain books of accounts in Tally

✅ Handle GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

✅ TDS calculation & return filing

✅ Bank reconciliation & ledger scrutiny

✅ Prepare monthly Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet

✅ Vendor payment processing & receivable tracking

✅ Payroll processing (if applicable)

✅ Assist in ROC / MCA compliance (if required)

✅ Manage ESI, PF compliance (for manpower companies)

✅ Coordinate with CA for audit & taxation matters

🔹 Required Skills

✔ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax

✔ Experience in Tally Prime / Excel

✔ Good analytical & reconciliation skills

✔ Knowledge of statutory compliance

✔ Ability to work independently

🔹 Qualification

🎓 B.Com / M.Com

📊 CA Inter (Preferred but not mandatory)

🔹 For Manpower / Security Company (Preferred Skills)

• Knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Compliance

• Handling 50–500 employee salary structure

• Attendance & wage sheet management
