About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in the service industry, specifically NAPS/NATS operations, compliance, and financial management. The ideal candidate will handle complete accounting, statutory compliance, cost control, audits, and financial planning for apprenticeship-related business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Accounting & Financial Management

Handle end-to-end accounting operations: AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure accurate booking of NAPS/NATS-related claims, expenditures, and invoices.

Manage cash flow, fund allocation, and budgeting.

📌 NAPS/NATS Compliance & Reporting

Maintain proper accounting records for NAPS/NATS billing and claim settlements.

Prepare and verify apprenticeship stipend reimbursements & government claim documentation.

Coordinate with NAPS/NATS authorities for timely submission and approvals.

Ensure compliance with apprenticeship policies, guidelines, and audits.

📌 Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Manage GST, TDS, PF/ESI, PT, and other statutory payments & returns.

Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, Companies Act, and statutory audits.

Handle monthly/annual tax filing and documentation for NAPS/NATS operations.

📌 Audit & Internal Controls

Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Ensure strong internal control systems across finance functions.

Conduct financial analysis, variance reports, and cost optimization studies.

📌 MIS, Reporting & Coordination

Prepare monthly MIS, P&L statements, and balance sheets.

Provide financial insights for business decisions related to manpower & apprenticeship projects.

Collaborate with HR, operations, and NAPS/NATS teams for billing, costing, and compliance.

Skills Required

Qualified CA with service industry experience (manpower/payroll/NAPS/NATS preferred).

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, statutory compliance.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, Excel, MIS tools).

Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and documentation skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multi-vertical accounting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in staffing/manpower industry is highly preferred.

Good understanding of apprenticeship billing and compliance.

Strong communication and coordination skills with government and corporate clients.
