Job Description:

We are looking for IT Technicians / Technical Support Executives with basic to good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and IT support. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are welcome, and experienced technicians will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware & peripherals
  
  

• Basic installation and support for operating systems, software, and applications
  
  

• Support in IT infrastructure setup (desktop, laptop, printers, routers, switches)
  
  

• Assist in networking, LAN/WAN, and basic security systems
  
  

• Support in backup solutions and data recovery processes
  
  

• Visit client sites for installation, service, and troubleshooting when required
  
  

• Maintain service reports and coordinate with the technical team
  
  

Qualification & Experience:

• Any Undergraduate (BCA, BSc IT, BSc Computer, Diploma, or any graduate with computer knowledge)
  
  

• Knowledge of computer hardware or software is mandatory
  
  

• Freshers are welcome
  
  

• Candidates with technician / IT support experience will have an added advantage
  
  

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, software installation, and troubleshooting
  
  

• Understanding of computer hardware components
  
  

• Basic knowledge of networking and security systems is preferred
  
  

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
  
  

• Willingness to learn and work in the field
