Job Description:

Shikhar Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced 2D/3D Graphic Designer with 4-7 years of relevant experience, especially in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate must be proficient in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator, and should have a strong portfolio showcasing work in product packaging, branding, and digital design.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Design packaging, labels, and promotional material specifically for FMCG products

• Create 2D and 3D product mockups and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

• Develop visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing materials

• Collaborate closely with product, branding, and marketing teams to conceptualize creative ideas

• Maintain consistency with the company’s visual language and branding across all platforms

• Edit product photos and create detailed artworks ready for print and digital use

• Ensure all designs are delivered within project deadlines

 Required Skills:

• Expertise in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)

• Strong understanding of packaging design, consumer behavior, and branding

• Excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines

• Detail-oriented with a good sense of color, spacing, and composition

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or related field
